Named No. 1 Eldercare Consulting and Placement Franchise of 2022
February 24, 2022

For the fifth year in a row, Senior Care Authority was recognized by Franchise Business Review’s annual Top Franchises ranking, based on owner satisfaction. For the past two years, the company ranked highest on the list among all franchises in the category of eldercare consulting and placement. This is the 17th annual ranking of the best franchise opportunities as rated by franchise business owners. Senior Care Authority is an eldercare consulting company with a specialty in senior placement. Its franchisees are highly trained and certified advisors who provide support, advocacy and guidance as families face challenging care decisions. “While the pandemic impacted various business sectors differently, the last 18 months have clearly demonstrated the inherent strengths of the franchise business model. The old franchise adage of ‘being in business for yourself, but not by yourself’ has never been more important,” says Franchise Business Review founder and CEO Eric Stites. “Thanks to fast innovations, significant support and responsive crisis management, many franchise brands have emerged stronger from the pandemic, and that is reflected in high franchisee satisfaction.” Senior Care Authority was among over 300 franchise brands, representing more than 30,000 franchise owners, who participated in Franchise Business Review’s research. Senior Care Authority franchisees were surveyed on 33 benchmark questions about their experience and satisfaction regarding critical areas of their franchise systems, including training and support, operations, franchisor/franchisee relations and financial opportunity. Senior Care Authority earned high marks from its franchise owners in terms of general satisfaction. In particular, Senior Care Authority demonstrated excellence in the areas of training and support, leadership, core values, financial opportunity and the franchise system overall. “We are very pleased to be recognized as the leader in our category for franchise satisfaction,” says Frank Samson, CEO and founder of Senior Care Authority. “Throughout the pandemic, our franchise owners across the country have stepped up to provide families with relief from the stress of caring for their elderly loved ones,” continues Samson. “Our goal as the franchisor is to provide the tools, training and business systems to help our local franchisees nationwide reach and serve the greatest number of families with this much-needed eldercare support.”
